I'm a Business Analyst in Dublin who turns messy business processes into requirements teams can actually build.
Most projects don't fail because someone built the thing wrong. They fail because nobody agreed what the thing was.
That gap is where I work. For five years I've sat between business stakeholders and development teams, asking the questions that surface what people actually need, writing it down in a form developers can build from, and staying with it through testing until it ships.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Process mining provides something traditional process analysis has often struggled to achieve: evidence of how large numbers of cases actually move through digital systems.Stakeholder interviews provide something event logs cannot: intent, explanation, business context and human experience.
One without the other creates blind spots. A process-mining dashboard may tell you that a transaction waited four days. A stakeholder may tell you that it was waiting for a customer document.
